Make sure the job posting date is genuine
Users use freshness as a signal to assess whether a position accepts new applicants, the chances of being hired, the attractiveness of the position, and so on.
Do not mask the old job as a new job or update the DatePosted property if the job information has not changed.
Don't include false or misleading information in your job listings or markup
This includes incorrect salaries, locations, working hours, types of employment, or other job-specific details. To avoid this, make sure the job is listed correctly in the job and that the markup accurately represents the job.
The new editing policy seems to be applied from October 1, 2021, to give some preparation time to sites that need to be addressed.
