The Search Console has been redesigned to direct you to the AMP Page Experience Guide when debugging AMP errors.
For example, if you check the URLs of the Page Experience Report and the Core Web Vital Report, you will see a link to the guide.
Clicking the link opens a report that helps you debug issues related to updating the page experience.
This new feature makes it easier to address performance issues reported by the Search Console. From google

What is the AMP Page Experience Guide?
The AMP Page Experience Guide is a tool developed by the AMP project that analyzes URLs to see if they meet Google's page experience criteria.
First published last year, it is continually updated with actionable insights from an analysis of AMP site performance.
A recent example added to the guide is a recommendation for loading custom fonts to help site owners optimize LCP and CLS.

Until now, it was not a part of Google's official tool, so it was not as well known as everyone knows, but since the direct link is connected like this time, Google uses it for the tool. There is no doubt that you have approved it.
In June, AMP pages were no longer favored by search results and Google News.
However, it is a fact that improving the display speed indirectly triggers an increase in the search ranking.
Depending on the scale of the site, it may or may not be necessary, so try to respond according to the site you are operating.
